Casinos
The tourism board says Aruba has twelve casinos and names eight: Alhambra, Excelsior, the Casino at the Hilton, Wind Creek Crystal, Stellaris, the Casino at The Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt Regency and Wind Creek Seaport. The Ritz-Carlton's casino is open 24 hours, and the Stellaris casino at the Aruba Marriott Resort is also 24 hours with more than 26 gaming tables and 500 slot machines (aruba.com beachfront hotel guide). Palm Beach is where the casinos cluster; see Palm Beach.
Clubs and bars
The dance clubs named by the tourism board are CAGE Nightclub, Tantra Nightclub, HIDDEN Nightclub, Gusto Night Club Aruba and Mambo Jambo. No hours, cover charges or dress code are given, and the only guidance on dress is to put on your nicest outfit, so check each venue's own page before you go. For an early evening, the Palm Beach restaurants and bars listed by the tourism board include Sunset Grille, the Divi Bar & Lounge at the Ritz-Carlton and Bugaloe Grill and Bar at De Palm Pier. CAGE and Screaming Eagle are within a mile of Eagle Beach.
Party tours
- Party bus. The Aruba nightlife party bus with live DJ is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 173 reviews on GetYourGuide (read 7 November 2026). Check on the listing what it covers before assuming drinks or entry are included.
- Food and drinks on foot. The Fusion of the World Food Tour in Oranjestad lasts about 2.5 hours, runs Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm and visits five restaurants for five cuisines (Jamaican, Cuban, Dutch, Italian and Aruban) with five drinks including cocktails and a local or Dutch beer (arubawalkingtours.com). It is described with the other walking tours in Aruba walking tours.
- Wine pairing bus. The tourism board's couples guide describes a wine-pairing tour on a Kukoo Kunuku bus, with an onboard sommelier, but the guide dates from 2017 and the restaurants vary.
- Sunset first. A catamaran sunset sail with an open bar ends around 7:00 pm; see the Aruba sunset cruise.
Getting home
Taxis are not metered, and the UK government's advice recommends licensed taxis and agreeing a fare first; see is Aruba safe and getting around Aruba. Drink-driving is a serious offence, according to the UK government's advice quoted on that page, so avoid driving a rental car after a night out.
Typical mistakes
- Staying far from Palm Beach and planning to walk to the clubs: Palm Beach is the hub, and Secrets Baby Beach and the southeast are far from it.
- Taking the party-bus "from" price as the full price: it depends on the date and group, so check what the listing covers.
